Variety description

The variety is a tropical epiphytic plant with a characteristic central stem, from the apex of which growth occurs. The leaves of the plant are strap-shaped, dark green in color, reach 60 cm in length, and are arranged on the stem at an angle. The root system consists of developed aerial roots.

Flower stalks form from the leaf axils or the stem. One flower stalk bears up to 8 large, waxy, round-shaped flowers.
