Variety description

The variety is a compact, densely branched evergreen shrub with a dense crown shape, reaching a height of 1.5–2 meters in 10 years. The leaves are leathery, oval-shaped, dark green, glossy, with visible venation; young shoots may have a reddish tint.
Flowering is abundant and prolonged, from November to April. The buds are a deep red-pink color and open into white flowers collected in corymbose inflorescences. After flowering, drupes are formed, changing color from reddish to blue-black, often present on the plant simultaneously with the flowers.
The plant is moderately winter hardy (down to -12 °C...-18 °C, USDA zones 7 and above); in cold regions, it is recommended for cultivation in containers. The variety is characterized by good adaptability to pruning and is not prone to lodging due to its rigid growth habit.
