The variety has an erect habit, which simplifies the mechanized harvesting process. The crop is characterized by good adaptation to hot and dry climatic conditions, as well as high resistance to aphid infestation and broomrape. The plants are not prone to damage by wild rabbits and hares, are free from bacterioses, and have a low level of pod shattering.

The produce of the variety is used as a source of plant protein. The protein content ranges from 21 to 30%, the starch content is at the level of 32%, and the fat content varies from 1.5 to 1.6%.
