The variety was developed as a result of long-term work on the acclimatization of the species, which began in 1985. Under the conditions of Ukraine, the plant often develops as a shrub due to the freezing of the above-ground part, but under favorable conditions, it is capable of reaching a height of up to 3 meters.

Vitex agnus-castus is used as an ornamental, medicinal plant and spice, where seeds and parts of the plant are used as a substitute for black pepper. Precise agronomic characteristics and resistance indicators for this variety are not detailed in open publications.
