The Itumthree variety is a seedless table grape with milk-green berry coloration. The berry size is approximately 19–22 mm, and the taste is characterized as neutral.

The variety belongs to the late-ripening category; the harvest period occurs between mid-August and mid-October. The plant has high productivity and the ability for the berries to remain on the vine for a long time; it is adapted to high temperatures and arid conditions.
