The Sheegene-17 variety, known under the trademarks Great Green, Green Envy, and Green Emerald Seedless, was obtained through the hybridization of the Red Globe and Princess varieties. The plant possesses vigorous growth, strong shoots, and high adaptability to transport and storage.

The berries are of medium to extra-large size, reaching 20–25 mm in diameter. The clusters are characterized by high fertility. Under Central California conditions, fruit ripening occurs at the end of August.
