Variety description

The variety is a stable Vriesea cultivar obtained as a result of breeding work with the hybrid Vriesea 'Poelmanii'. The plant has strap-shaped leaves with a distinct white stripe running along the central part.

During cultivation, the variety is susceptible to leaf spot caused by the pathogen Exserohilum rostratum, which manifests as yellow spots with a brown center. Copper-containing fungicides are used to treat the disease. It is used as a houseplant.
