Variety description

The plant forms a compact upright bush with large, arrow-shaped or lanceolate, dark green leaves, often decorated with white speckles. The funnel-shaped inflorescences possess a deep red or wine-red hue with a creamy-yellow spadix inside.

The height of the bush is usually from 25 to 40 cm, though under optimal conditions it can reach 90 cm. The flowering period lasts from the beginning of summer to the beginning of autumn. The variety is thermophilic and not frost-hardy, requiring the lifting of tubers for the dormancy period in regions with cold winters.
