The plant reaches a height of 30–45 cm. The spathe has a rich lemon-yellow color, a length of about 10 cm and a diameter of 7–8 cm. The leaves are arrow-shaped, dark green and glossy.

The variety is used as a pot crop, a plant for containers and open field, and is also suitable for cut flowers. Flowering occurs during the summer period; when grown in pots, it can start in late spring.

The plant is thermophilic, requires fertile, well-drained soil and a sunny or semi-shaded location. Tubers must be dug up for the winter when grown in regions with frost. It is sensitive to overwatering, which can cause tuber rot.
