The variety is characterized by the yellow color of the spathe, corresponding to the 9A classification on the RHS scale. The leaf blades of the plant have characteristic white spots.

The variety is used as a parental component in breeding; in particular, it served as the female parent in the development of the Fursa variety. In documentation, the variety is classified as a selection of Zantedeschia sprengeri.
