Ademio belongs to the three-way maize hybrid type. According to the FAO classification system, this hybrid is in group 500, which defines it as late-maturing.
During scientific research, the hybrid was used to evaluate productivity, where a yield of 8866 kg/ha was obtained, and it was also included in field trials to study plant response to heat and water stress conditions.
