Bejm is a single-cross hybrid (SC) with medium plant height. It belongs to the FAO 230 maturity group, occupying an intermediate position between early and mid-early varieties.
The hybrid demonstrates high grain yield compared to standard varieties of the same maturity group. The plant possesses good resistance characteristics, particularly to stalk Fusarium and lodging.
The primary intended use is cultivation for dry grain. It is also suitable for silage and corn-cob-mix (CCM), however, due to the high proportion of cobs in the ear mass, the hybrid may be less efficient for CCM production compared to specialized forms.
