The hybrid is late-maturing, with a growing season lasting from 160 to 210 days. The crop is intended for grain production used for food, feed, and industrial purposes. Under intensive cultivation technologies, the yield reaches 8–10 tons per hectare.
The plant possesses high resistance to lodging and a number of diseases, including ear rot, rust, stalk rot, and leaf spot. It exhibits tolerance to maize streak virus and gray leaf spot. A feature of the variety is good husk coverage of the ear.
