The Landia variety is mentioned in European catalogues of agricultural crop varieties, however, at present it has been removed from a number of lists. Detailed morphological and agronomic characteristics of the hybrid are absent in open agronomic references.

In scientific publications, this hybrid was used for comparative testing with its genetically modified version when studying resistance to the pest Ostrinia nubilalis.
