The hybrid forms ears with 14–16 rows of flint-dent type grain. The plant is characterized by good tolerance to common smut, Fusarium, and other types of ear mold. Due to high adaptability, the hybrid is suitable for cultivation at reduced seeding rates.
Direction of use is grain, including ethanol production. In a number of scientific studies, the hybrid was used as a model object in the study of the response to the western corn rootworm and the germination of broomrape seeds.
