The GSS15829 (GSS15829-R) hybrid belongs to the supersweet corn type. The plant reaches a height of about 230 cm, ears are set at a height of approximately 920 mm. The ear length is about 20 cm, the number of grain rows reaches 20.

The hybrid possesses high resistance to northern corn leaf blight (Exserohilum turcicum) and common rust (Puccinia sorghi). The main purpose of the variety is for industrial use, including canning and freezing.
