The Shinerock F1 hybrid belongs to the supersweet corn type. The growing period is 85–86 days, requiring approximately 982 heat units for development. The plant is characterized by a vigorous habit and a stem height of 230–238 cm, with the ability to reliably hold ears, which facilitates mechanical harvesting.

The ears reach a length of 20–23 cm and a diameter of 5.0–5.3 cm, containing 18–20 rows of bright yellow kernels with a depth of 13–14 mm. The hybrid has complex resistance to Bipolaris maydis, Maize dwarf mosaic virus, Exserohilum turcicum, and rust.

The produce is intended for the fresh market and industrial processing, including freezing. The ears maintain quality well on the plant, which allows the harvesting period to be extended until the end of the season.
