A mid-season hybrid with a growing period of 80–85 days and a requirement for a sum of active temperatures of 920–930 units. Plant height is 2.2–2.3 m. Ears reach a length of 20–22 cm and a diameter of 5–5.7 cm, and have 16–22 rows of bright yellow kernels with a depth of 12–13 mm of the supersweet type.

The hybrid possesses high tolerance to drought and heat. It has a high level of resistance to rust (Puccinia sorghi, races Rp1-d, Rp1-i) and maize dwarf mosaic virus. It is characterized by moderate resistance to southern and northern leaf blight. It is intended for industrial processing and the fresh market.
