The hybrid forms plants of medium or large height with long or very long ears. The grain is of intermediate type, closer to flint, yellow-orange in the upper part, and has a high starch content in dry matter of about 75.1%. The alcohol yield from 100 kg of dry grain reaches 45%.
The variety possesses high resistance to lodging, cold tolerance, and drought tolerance. It is characterized by high tolerance to root and stalk rots, common smut, helminthosporiosis, and rust, although it may show susceptibility to ear fusariosis and infestation by the European corn borer.
The plants are characterized by rapid initial development. The hybrid is suitable for conventional, minimum, strip, and no-till tillage technologies. Recommended plant density before harvest is from 60 to 90 thousand plants per hectare depending on the region and moisture conditions.
