The line was developed for the conditions of the Steppe of Ukraine and is used as a crossing component. The use of this material is aimed at increasing the adaptability of hybrids to high summer temperatures and moisture deficit.
In scientific research, the line is involved in experiments on studying cold tolerance and analyzing technological parameters of maize seed drying.
