The line belongs to the early maturity group (FAO 180–250) and is used in breeding work as a source of genetic material, as well as a control sample for evaluating the combining ability of other lines.
This line does not contain alleles promoting increased beta-carotene accumulation. Specific data on the morphological characteristics of the line with the male sterility trait are absent in open publications.
