DMS Koral belongs to the group of early-maturing hybrids with a growing season of 90 to 109 days. Plant height is 202–230 cm, ears are attached at a height of about 90 cm. The grain is of the dent type, yellow in color, and the grain output during threshing reaches 76.9–81.8%.
The grain contains 9–9.1% protein and 72–72.4% starch. The hybrid is distinguished by high resistance to stalk rot, common smut, helminthosporiosis, and the European corn borer. The crop possesses heat and drought tolerance, an average level of cold tolerance, and high lodging resistance.
