For the variety ESZ8108, chemical composition indicators for grain and green mass have been established. Starch content in dry matter is 289–311.2 g/kg, and protein content in dry matter is 10.41%.

The proportion of cobs in the plant's green mass is 106% compared to the standard. The variety is considered suitable for feed purposes; however, detailed morphological characteristics and data on resistance to abiotic and biotic factors are unavailable.
