The hybrid is characterized as a medium to tall plant in the range of 250–280 cm, with an ear placement height of 100–120 cm. Leaves are broad, the grain is of an intermediate type, closer to flint, with an orange color; the thousand kernel weight is 290–310 g.
The plant possesses adaptability to a cold early spring, as well as tolerance to arid and hot conditions. Under field conditions, it shows moderate resistance to Fusarium and ear rot, and also shows resistance to lodging.
The recommended sowing density is 80–90 thousand plants per hectare under sufficient moisture and 60–75 thousand plants per hectare under arid conditions.
