The variety belongs to the FAO 230–240 maturity group; however, for grain use, the FAO 210–230 range is sometimes indicated, and for silage use, 240–260. The plants are tall and well-leafy.
The grain is of the semi-flint type, well-filled, and is distinguished by rapid moisture loss before harvest. The hybrid is characterized by vigorous early growth.
The variety is versatile and intended for cultivation for grain, silage, and the production of grits and ethanol. It is genetically 50% related to the Opoka variety.
