KWS Banato belongs to the mid-late maize hybrid group with an FAO rating of 430. The plant is characterized by excellent synchronization of tassel flowering and silk emergence, as well as the ability for active early development, which allows for early sowing dates to reduce the risk of heat impact during the pollination period.
This hybrid is a single cross and has a dent grain type. It is included in the ClimaControl3 product line, developed to increase tolerance to drought stress in regions at risk of unfavorable climatic conditions.
