Cobs typically have 16–18 rows of kernels. The kernel is deep, which facilitates mechanical harvesting. The hybrid possesses a "flex effect," increasing cob size under lower plant density or less favorable conditions. Recommended stand density is 71,000 – 79,000 plants per hectare at a soil temperature of 8–12 °C.
