The hybrid belongs to the Stay Green type, which ensures long-lasting retention of the green color of leaves and stems. The grain is of the flint-dent type, the thousand kernel weight is 300–340 g. The ear is attached at a medium height and contains 14–16 rows of grain with 32–36 kernels in each.
The plant is characterized by high drought tolerance and lodging resistance. It shows tolerance to Helminthosporium leaf blight, stalk and ear fusarium, common smut, and head smut. When used for silage, it is characterized by a high starch content and good fiber digestibility.
The hybrid possesses high plasticity to various growing conditions. The recommended plant density at the time of harvest is from 75 to 90 thousand plants per hectare depending on the moisture supply level of the region.
