The hybrid MAS 25.F belongs to the mid-early maturity group with FAO 250. The plants have medium height and medium ear position on the stem. The grain of the hybrid is of the flint-dent type, the number of grain rows per ear varies from 14 to 16, and the thousand kernel weight is 300–320 g.
The plant is distinguished by high lodging resistance and tolerance to Helminthosporium, stalk rot, and ear rot. A characteristic feature is the "Stay Green" effect, which ensures long-term retention of the green state of the stem and leaves during the ripening period. The grain is suitable for the production of grits and for feed purposes.
