The hybrid belongs to the mid-maturing group and has a dent grain type. The plant is characterized by medium height. The ear forms 18–20 rows with 32–34 kernels in each; the thousand kernel weight is 320–340 g.
The plant possesses good initial growth vigor and lodging resistance. It shows tolerance to Helminthosporium and Fusarium of the stalk and ear. Flowering occurs at an active temperature sum of 925°C, and 1840–1890°C is required for maturation.
The recommended plant density at the time of grain harvest is from 70 000 to 85 000 plants per hectare, depending on agroclimatic conditions.
