The hybrid belongs to the mid-season maturity group with flint-dent or dent grain type. The plants are characterized by high stature and medium ear insertion height. The ear contains 14–16 rows of kernels with 36–40 kernels in each; the thousand kernel weight is 350–370 g.
The plant has good resistance to lodging, ear and stalk Fusarium, common and head smut, as well as Helminthosporium leaf blight. The hybrid is distinguished by adaptability to stress conditions, drought tolerance, and the retention of green leaf color during the growing season (Stay Green effect).
