The Millacorn hybrid was developed at the breeding center in Martonvásár, Hungary. The genetic origin of the variety is linked to the crossing of lines H 68 and RPK in a direct or reciprocal combination. The variety is included in the official registers of the European Union.
In scientific literature, the variety is used as experimental material to evaluate germination, seedling vigor, and their response to adverse factors such as low temperatures and oxygen deficiency in the soil. The variety is analyzed in terms of the influence of the maternal genotype on the biological value of seeds.
