The hybrid belongs to the mid-early group with FAO 290 and has a dent grain type. The plant reaches a height of about 250 cm, with the ear forming at a level of 80–90 cm. The ear contains 14–16 rows with 35 grains in each.
The crop possesses high resistance to stalk and root lodging, as well as to stalk rots. Tolerance to loose smut and common smut is rated from moderate to high. The hybrid demonstrates good drought and heat tolerance and is suitable for minimum or no-tillage technologies.
Recommended plant density at harvest is 75–80 thousand plants per hectare in zones with sufficient moisture and 65–70 thousand plants per hectare in conditions of insufficient moisture.
