The hybrid belongs to the mid-season group with an FAO number of 380 and has a dent grain type. The plant is characterized by a large height with optimal ear placement, possesses resistance to lodging, drought, and heat, as well as tolerance to head smut and a number of other diseases.
The hybrid is distinguished by good grain moisture release during ripening. When growing, a sowing density of 60–65 thousand plants/ha is recommended under sufficient moisture and 55–60 thousand plants/ha under insufficient moisture; meanwhile, sowing dates should be observed and harvesting should not be delayed.
