PH1M8 is an inbred line of dent corn obtained by the pedigree method based on crossing lines PHP55 and PHN74. This object is not an independent commercial variety and is not intended for grain cultivation.
The primary purpose of the line is its use as genetic material in the production of corn hybrids. The agronomic characteristics of the plant are determined by the specifics of the hybrid progeny that includes this line.
