The hybrid belongs to the mid-maturing group with an FAO 320 rating. The plant is characterized by large dimensions, a semi-erect leaf type, and a medium ear position with regular shape. The grain type is dent; the intended use is for grain production.
The variety possesses high initial growth vigor and the ability to maintain green leaf color until the completion of maturation. It is characterized by good stem strength, resistance to lodging during the vegetative period and before harvest, as well as resistance to Fusarium ear rot and Helminthosporium leaf blight.
The recommended plant density at harvest is 95–100 thousand plants per hectare under favorable conditions and 90–95 thousand plants per hectare under limiting conditions. A variation of the hybrid, RGT Conexxion DUO, exists, which is adapted for the DUO System technology.
