The hybrid was created at the Obraztsov Chiflik Institute and is based on the crossing of inbred lines 61/31 and 302/12. The variety is used in agricultural practice and scientific experiments in Bulgaria.

Scientific literature records studies devoted to the investigation of this hybrid's tolerance to herbicides used against Sorghum halepense. The influence of irrigation regimes and the application of foliar fertilizers, such as Aminosol and Lebosol Zinc 700 SC, on the final grain yield was also studied.
