The hybrid is an object of breeding research, during which morphological characteristics such as ear length, 1000-kernel weight, leaf area, height of the upper ear attachment, and tassel length were evaluated. The manifestation of heterosis for these traits in the first generation (F1) was also studied.
Work was carried out to study the hybrid's resistance to maize smut (Ustilago maydis) and the response of its parental lines to agrometeorological conditions. Agrotechnical research included studying the effect of pre-sowing electromagnetic seed treatment on yield and assessing productivity at different plant densities.
