The hybrid is a vigorous plant with cylindrical ears 21–23 cm long. Kernels are arranged in 18–20 rows, and the ear husk is tightly closed. The plant is characterized by high ear uniformity and high marketable yield.
The variety possesses excellent stalk strength and a well-developed root system. It exhibits high resistance to certain races of common rust (Puccinia sorghi) and moderate resistance to northern corn leaf blight (Exserohilum turcicum).
