The fruits of the variety have an oblong shape and are characterized by the presence of a truncated shape of the "shoulders" at the peduncle. The variety belongs to the group of plants with red flesh.

In scientific publications, the plant is used as an object for studying micropropagation (in vitro) methods and fruit development biology, as well as a standard for comparison when describing new varieties.

The variety is a genetic resource for breeding programs and may present difficulties in tissue culture propagation, which requires specific optimization of culture media using cytokinins.
