Variety description

The E58 strain belongs to the white button mushroom group and is characterized by vigorous growth with abundant fruiting in the first flush. The fruiting bodies have an average size of approximately 50 mm, a dense structure, and a thick skin, which ensures a long shelf life for the produce.
There are two main phenotypic varieties of the strain. E58 Premium is oriented toward fresh market sales, while E58 HD is characterized by high density and is intended for industrial canning and mechanized harvesting. The breeding of these crops is based on the interaction of the mycelium with compost and specific biochemical markers of the vegetative phase.
