The plant is a compact, dense subshrub 40 to 56 cm in height. The leaves are gray-green in color, ranging in shape from broadly lanceolate to elliptical, with a smooth margin and a characteristic anise or fennel aroma when rubbed.
Flowers are collected in dense, long spike-like inflorescences of a lemon-yellow shade. The flowering period lasts from the beginning of summer to autumn. The plant is characterized by drought tolerance after rooting and belongs to hardiness zones 7–10.
The variety is used in ornamental gardening for borders, mixed flower beds, and is also grown in containers. It is a honey plant that attracts pollinating insects, including bees, bumblebees, and butterflies.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
