The plant has an upright, well-branching growth habit, reaching a height of 15–30 cm and a width of 20–41 cm. The foliage is dark green and relatively large. The flowers have a color ranging from light purple to blue-violet and are resistant to fading.
The variety blooms continuously from late spring until autumn, does not require deadheading, and is low-maintenance. The plant is well-suited for containers, hanging baskets, mixed plantings, borders, and as a ground cover. In most regions, it is grown as an annual.
