The variety Agpatbicblula was obtained as a result of a breeding program using parent lines D0366-2 and B0112-1. Selection of the plant from the progeny was performed in May 2002, and subsequent propagation was carried out by cuttings.

The plant belongs to decorative crops and is intended for use in gardening and landscape design. Key criteria during the selection of the variety were early flowering dates, sterility, and also the specific features of the flower appearance.
