The variety is an annual herbaceous plant with an upright or bushy habit. Compared to the variety Agmontis, it differs in having larger inflorescences and increased length of the disc florets.

After opening, the disc florets have a red-purple color corresponding to the RHS 70A scale. The plant is intended for decorative planting of flowerbeds, borders, and also for container and balcony landscaping.
