The AGWITTO variety, known under the trade name Artist® Basso White, belongs to the Artist® Basso series. The plant is characterized by short internodes and forms a high-quality commercial appearance without the intensive use of chemical growth regulators.
Ageratum is a non-frost-hardy crop. The optimal temperature for cultivation is at least 16°C, as leaf chlorosis and delayed flowering are possible during cold spells. As a facultative long-day plant, the variety may require supplementary lighting during early production periods.
