The plant has lanceolate or ovate leaves with a pointed tip, 21–25 cm in length and 6.7–8.5 cm in width. The leaf blade is smooth and glossy, with a dark green background, light green areas along the veins, and chaotic spots of a third shade of green. The petioles are light green in color and 11.5–13 cm in length.
The habit is characterized by rapid crown formation. The height of the plant in pot culture is about 30–33 cm; in large specimens, it can reach 70–100 cm. The variety is shade-tolerant, demanding of heat, and sensitive to low temperatures; growth rates slow down under low light conditions.
