Variety description

The variety forms dense clumps with small obovate leaves, narrowed at the base, and stems trailing along the ground. The flowers are gathered in spicate inflorescences and contrast with the light foliage.
The plant blooms profusely in spring and prefers shaded or partially shaded locations. The variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness, corresponding to USDA zone 4, and is suitable for cultivation in flower beds or containers.
