The bulbs have a spherical shape and a weight of 90 to 160 g. The dry scales are golden-brown in color. The flesh is characterized by succulence and a mild, sweetish taste. The yield is suitable for direct consumption and short-term storage.
Cultivation requires fertile, humic, and permeable soils in sunny, wind-protected areas. Depending on growing conditions, the development period may vary; for the winter cycle, it is 275–285 days.
