The variety is mid-season; from the moment of germination to harvest, 110 to 150 days pass. The plant reaches a height of 40–50 cm. The blanched part ("shank") has a length of 15–25 cm and a diameter of 2–4.5 cm. The weight of one plant is 150–250 g.
The variety is characterized by a semi-sharp taste and a yield of 4–5 kg/m². It is suitable for cultivation in open field conditions and in greenhouses.
